The facility has been built in a billowy territory of 10 hectares. Half of the territory is occupied by fish ponds, amidst which stands the recreation center. At the recreation center, you will enjoy countryside silence. There is no agricultural activity in the territory.

 At the recreation center you may rent a camping or holiday house, a larger group of tourists may build a tent-town. Those who enjoy silence will love the surrounding woods and ponds abundant with fish and after a hard day of enjoyment you may warm yourself up in the steam-bath. You can organize a sports competition at the sports field, throw a party or celebration.
