Ratnieki is the culture historical heritage of the first free state of Latvia In the 1930s as the perfect rural farm it was founded by Roberts Hiršs, the best manufacturer at the time and the owner of “Rīgas audums”, leaving by will his property to the University of Latvia.

 Today it has been transformed into a modern recreation and conference centre welcoming up to 140 guests in facilitated rooms and offering spacious premises for events.
